We will despatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. We cannot ship deliveries to PO Boxes.
UK Next day carrier ( 0 - 2kg + ) UK.Deliveries are made between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and require a signature. If you are out the driver will put a card through your door and you can collect your parcel from the local depot.
The delivery tariffs is based on the weight of the total order.
All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
You may be required to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are also your responsibility; we have no control over these charges. Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 7 days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid for the goods to you within 30 days. We endeavor to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to the address shown at the bottom of our delivery note enclosed with your order. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it.

We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred.
